Transaction Validation Enhancements

• Flagger Enhancements: Improved transaction flagging capabilities by supporting the teleport's revert flow. It additionally improved ERC20 tokens total supply reporting, which extends the control of double minting and spending within a subnet.

Participant Governance Enhancements

• Freeze/Unfreeze Participants: Enables the subnet Operator to (un)freeze participants, giving full control over participants and their capability to execute transaction across a subnet. This enhancement significantly boosts governance and operational control, ensuring seamless management of participants.
