Private Network Auditor Explorer

What is the Private Network Auditor Explorer?

The Private Network Auditor Explorer is a private tool that can only be accessed by a Private Network Auditor, and not by the Operator or by other participants running Rayls Sovereign.

Unlike the Private Network Explorer, which gives all members of the Private Network access to the encrypted data on the Private Network Hub, the Private Network Auditor Explorer gives decrypted visibility and tracking of all cross-chain transactions within the Rayls Private Network. That covers all the token standards and transfer protocols Rayls currently supports.

The tool is what makes operational monitoring and auditing of transactions and events between Rayls Sovereign nodes possible within a Private Network.

Note that this applies only to cross-chain transactions recorded to the Private Network Hub. Transactions that occur in the Rayls Sovereign ledger cannot be accessed by the Auditor and cannot be viewed in the Private Network Auditor Explorer, since they are completely private to that institution.

Key Features

  • Cross-Chain Transaction Visibility: Tracks and displays cross-chain transactions between Rayls Sovereign nodes, supporting all available token teleport protocols.
  • Token Standard Support: Initially supports ERC20 and ERC1155 token standards.
  • Privacy Customisation: The degree of data decryption, and the delegation of access to the correct network role, can be configured during Private Network setup and configuration.

📘### Private Network Auditor-only Explorer
This tool is designed exclusively for the Private Network Auditor, providing decrypted visibility and tracking of cross-chain transactions within the Private Network.

How Does It Work?

The Private Network Operator Explorer is integrated with the Rayls Private Network package, drawing on the existing blockchain infrastructure and interoperating with the other components to give a single monitoring view.

Searching Cross-chain Transactions:

Users can paste a cross-chain transaction ID into the search bar to retrieve detailed information about a specific cross-chain transaction.

Latest Cross-chain Transactions:

It displays the latest cross-chain transactions with the most relevant information for easy tracking, so Private Network Operators can monitor and manage transactions within the Private Network efficiently.

Checking a Specific Cross-chain Transaction:

Displays the source transaction hash, the destination transaction hash and any other related fields.

Conclusion

The Private Network Auditor Explorer sits within the Rayls Private Network package and carries the visibility and monitoring of cross-chain transactions for the auditor role.
